1) No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once placed and processed.
2) Size & Fit

We cannot offer a free replacement or refund if the size/measurements are not perfect or if you change your mind.

Please check the Size Guide on each product page and verify your measurements before ordering.
3) Incorrect or Faulty Items (Eligible for Replacement Only)
If you receive:

the wrong item, or
-
an item that is faulty/damaged on arrival,
we will replace it at no extra cost once verified.
What we need from you (within 24–72 hours after delivery):

Clear photos of: the outer parcel, shipping label, the product, and the defect/wrong item

4) Not Covered
Replacements are not provided for:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer

Color perception differences due to lighting/screen settings

Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

Items without original tags/packaging
5) Delivery Issues

If tracking/courier marks a parcel delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with family, neighbors, building reception/security first.

If still missing, contact us within 3 business days so we can open a courier investigation. Resolutions depend on courier policies.
6) Address & Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number.

Failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability may require re-delivery fees.
7) Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes/cancellations can be requested before dispatch only.

After dispatch, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
