Welcome to Abayati.ae. This Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1) Order Processing

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off may be processed the next business day.

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp with the expected dispatch date.
2) Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship from the UAE using trusted courier partners.

Express Shipping (Standard): Estimated 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Gulf countries (GCC): Typically 6–10 business days after dispatch for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional transit time.
Delivery windows are estimates from our couriers. Actual times can vary due to customs inspections, weather, peak seasons, or local courier operations.
3) Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in AED, SAR, EUR, KWD ,OMR ,QAR, BHD and depend on destination, weight/volume, and service.

Promotional free shipping (when available) is applied automatically if your order meets the stated criteria.
4) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

Please provide a complete and accurate address (including building, apartment, and contact number).

Couriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail or the address is incomplete, the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery or address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in the destination country.

These charges, if any, are borne by the recipient and are not included in Abayati.ae prices or shipping fees.

Delays caused by customs are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation.
6) Partial Shipments

To avoid delays, we may ship available items first and send any remaining items separately at no extra cost.
7) Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for visible damage before signing.

If damaged, ask the courier to note it and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the parcel and item so we can assist.
8) Lost, Delayed

If the courier marks your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or security.

If still unresolved, contact us within 3 business days so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Investigations are subject to the courier’s timelines and policies.
9) Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify the address, items, or cancel an order can only be accommodated before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible for any urgent requests.
10) Product Care & Size Guidance (Quick Note)

Many of our abayas are crafted from premium satin polyester with a non-stretch structure. Please review the Size Guide on each product page and double-check your measurements before ordering.

For laundering, we recommend professional cleaning.
